Small businesses have new opportunities with the recently implemented changes in SBA rules. There are changes that will affect Large Prime contractors also. This presentation will key in on those changes like the new subcontracting rules for small businesses. The Non Manufacturer rule has also been changed to allow for more small business opportunities. Small businesses also need to know about upcoming changes to begin planning for the Mentor Protégé opportunities. New rules are also out regarding counting independent contractors as employees for contracting.
