Global Entrepreneurship Week - Kansas City, aka #GEWKC, is one of the most magical times of the year (in our humble opinion). From Nov. 14-20, business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs, champions of entrepreneurship and inquisitive folks can attend more than 150 classes, panels and workshops dedicated to all things entrepreneurship for free right here in Kansas City. Everyone is welcome, and there is absolutely no-cost to attend.

Take advantage of this time and meet as many people as you can.

For many business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs, this is where they make big networking connections or become inspired. Share this event with every hustler, maker, doer, creator, entrepreneur you know! Grab a friend and take them to a session with you.

Don’t forget to read over the FAQ. Still confused? Send us a message.

Now let’s dive in.

Sign up, build your agenda and check in to sessions

The week will go by fast, so you want to be prepared. Register (for free) and build your agenda from over 150 sessions.

From Nov. 14-20, visit the registration desk inside base camp locationsiWerx North Kansas City, Chappell's Restaurant and Sports Museum, Restless Spirits and Chicken N Pickle and pick up your badge which features a scannable QR code that takes your straight to the agenda on the online GEWKC platform, where you can sign up or log in to pick your sessions.

NOTE: Registering for a session does not guarantee your seat. You must arrive at the venue and check in to each session on your GEWKC agenda that you've registered for to attend.

All of the sessions are crowdsourced from the community and span topics on everything from marketing to exporting to self-care to legal assistance; if it’s related to business, there’s a session for it.

The sessions are grouped into four tracks: Startup, Scalers, Inclusive Community Builders, Youth and Makers, Artists and Creators. You can attend any of these sessions, no matter your background, so don’t feel like you’re tied to one track.
