Join GUILDit for a talk about how to support artists, some of our metro’s most creative entrepreneurs, at KC’s Vanishing Studios: Can We Reverse It? from 5:30 – 7:10 p.m. Jan. 16.

Meet with local accountants, lawyers, HR pros and others and get your questions answered at the Adulting 101: A Member Resource Fair from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Jan. 18 with AIGA Kansas City. (Also, stop by the KCSourceLink booth to get connected to resources to start or grow your business.)

See if your business idea is feasible and apply for the ELEVATIONLAB™ NEW VENTURE course. The five-week class starts Jan. 21 and meets 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Tuesdays. Scholarships are available for deep discounts (88% off) on this course and a few others.

See how to prepare your pitch presentation before you meet with investors. RSVP for the KC Collective Investor Pitch Practice from 10:30 a.m. to noon Jan. 25 and watch entrepreneurs pitch to peers and hear feedback from experienced founders.
 
Learn about financing and funding as well as Cash Flows & Capital Access from 5 – 8 p.m. Jan. 27 with the Kansas City Public Library.

This fellowship program pairs local educators with top education entrepreneurs from around the world, and the six-month program features the LeanLab Education: Scale Day Reception, which will be from 4 – 6 p.m. Jan. 29, where findings are revealed and you can ask questions.
