Apply to E-Scholars to Raise Your Game and Build Your Venture

E-ScholarsReady for intensive entrepreneurial training? A proven path to build your venture? How about access to the largest network of mentors in Kansas City?

Then you may be ready to get schooled with E-Scholars.

Entrepreneurship Scholars (or E-Scholars) is now recruiting its next class of budding and emerging Kansas City entrepreneurs who are ready for intensive training.

What is E-Scholars?

E-Scholars is a year-long program composed of a series of practical workshops for real-world application, presentations on business plans, formal and informal mentoring with Kansas City business leaders and entrepreneurs, all aimed at helping early-stage entrepreneurs take their business ideas from concept to launch.

Over the previous cohorts of E-Scholars, more than 100 businesses have been launched after completing the program.

Examples of new ventures include:

  • a renewable energy investment fund
  • a unique fastener engineering company providing no-slip fasteners for aerospace, oil & gas, and medical applications
  • a consumer electronics venture producing and selling a wireless platform for controlling home theater and A/V equipment
  • and a sensor-enabled modular pavement solution for use in intelligent transportation systems.
