Show Your Entrepreneurial Spirit at the GEWKC Pep Rally on Nov. 17
Global Entrepreneurship Week is just days away (unless, of course, you count this event and this event and this one, too, that we snuck in under the wire. You know, this town is just too entrepreneurial for one week of celebration).
All sneakiness and semantics aside, like always, we plan to kick off the official GEW in KC style.
Join us on Nov. 17 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Union Station for Kansas City’s metrowide kick off rally.
You got entrepreneurial spirit, yes you do!
Bring your troops, bring your neighborhood and show that your part of the KC metro has the most entrepreneurial spirit. We’ll have entrepreneurial representatives and a whole lotta team spirit from every corner of the KC region.
You, too, could grab your posters, your face paint, your matchy matchy t-shirts to rally your region’s entrepreneurial spirit—and learn how Kansas City as a whole is becoming America’s most entrepreneurial city.
Raise the chorus, drum the line
Rub elbows with other entrepreneurs, connect and collide, and enjoy friendly libations. The rally is intended to create excitement about entrepreneurship across the KC region, to create collisions among entrepreneurs, investors and supporters, to pat ourselves and everyone else on their entrepreneurial backs.
And you can’t really muster energy without a drumline. F.L. Schlagle Drum Line will bring the pep and the percussion. (You can also support the F.L. Schlagle Band when they represent ASU in the College Basketball Experience Hall of Fame classic basketball tournament on Nov. 24 and 25. Get your discounted tickets here, just enter the code SCHLAGLE1999.)
Grab your tix
Tickets are $7 for individuals. HOWEVER, we like a good crowd, so if you bring a group of 25 BFFs or more, your group can qualify for free tickets. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Event sponsored by KCSourceLink, Kauffman Foundation and Wells Fargo.
