Coaches Corner: Microloans for Big Opportunities
Justine PETERSEN is a microloan program targeted toward assisting Kansas City microentrepreneurs who need capital to start or grow an existing small business. The goals of the program are twofold: to assist the individual in becoming more bankable either via traditional lending avenues or via a microloan program available through Justine PETERSEN.
Amount of financing through the microloan program can vary, but in no case can exceed $50,000 through this program. The most typical microloan is in the range of $5,000 to $10,000.
Find the Right Coach for Your Microenterprise
Justine PETERSEN is just one of many resources for microentrepreneurs. Maybe you need the background, skills and knowledge that can be gleaned from a FastTrac New Venture course. (There’s one starting on March 11.) Or maybe your microenterprise could benefit from the training from the Hispanic Economic Development Corporation or the kitchen incubator at the Independence Regional Ennovation Center.
Our Resource Navigator helps you find, filter and map the right matches for your microenterprise based on your need, your business stage and/or your location.
