Which Kansas City-Area Companies Made the Inc. 5000 List for 2024?
Forty-three companies in the KC metro have made the annual Inc. 5000 List of America’s fastest-growing companies.
eHawk Solutions, a criminal justice technology company dedicated to reducing recidivism, ranked No. 84 on the list after reporting 3,727% revenue growth between 2020 and 2023. eHawk Solutions was founded in 2016 and led by Bart Cooper. This was the highest ranked KC company from the area on the list.
Some of the highly ranked Kansas City-area companies include:
- Lula (No. 373) – Technology solution designed to streamline and simplify maintenance for residential property managers, owners and investors
- Betablox (No. 676) – Business incubator and accelerator operating a series of programs for early-stage entrepreneurs
- Propio Language Services (No. 603) – An industry leader in over-the-phone interpretation, video remote interpretation, in-person interpretation and document translation services
- Conexon (No. 710) – Works with rural electric membership cooperatives to conduct analysis and training to bring fiber to homes in rural communities
- Hawaiian Bros Island Grill (No. 1,545) – A fast-growing, island-inspired casual Hawaiian dining concept with high-quality food and personable service. This company also made the 2024 KCSourceLink Watch List.
- Generator Studio (No. 1,659) – Offers architecture and interior design services in Kansas City with a focus on sports venues, lifestyle, workplace, nonprofit and residential projects

The KC-based companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 List cumulatively accounted for the addition of more than 2,900 jobs, according to Inc. Of the 43 companies that made the list, 38 are repeat winners.
